Sonion Research, Development and Industrialization is due to continuing growth and changes continuously looking for new colleagues to help us developing and optimizing our microphones and receivers to be used in hearing aid devices.
For our Microphone, Receiver and Systems Development departments we are looking for a Process Development Engineer.
As Process Development Engineer you will develop and implement the highly specific processes used to manufacture our sub-miniature transducers. You will be part of our development teams and work in close cooperation with our Industrialization team in Poland and Production Engineering in Vietnam.
Your Assignments
A Process Development Engineer adds process knowledge to several development and industrialization projects. You develop and improve processes for transducer production and pay special attention to their suitability for industrial production. You are able to make specific process descriptions and validation criteria for equipment and finally you develop and realize processes and tools that support your work as a Process Development Engineer.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for colleagues who have the drive to realize products that our clients are asking for within a competitive timeframe. You have to find a balance between superior solutions and time to market and you are able to work within different teams and disciplines. You need to have good communicational skills, you have to be target oriented, innovative, creative and pro-active.
We are looking for candidates with relevant knowledge and expertise in the field of Physics, Mechanics or Electronics, preferably on a Msc. level.
Preferably, you have 3-5 years of relevant working experience and you are prepared to travel once in a while.
